Yes. For a family reunion, a golf weekend or a festival group, the whole estate can be booked together — the Main House, The Red Lotus and the Spa House, plus the pool, the lawn and the grounds. That is 8 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms, sleeping 18.

No. The Main House is only booked as part of the whole estate. The Red Lotus guest house can be booked on its own.

Yes — the owners. Lynne and her husband live in the Main House, so they are on the property while you stay in The Red Lotus. The Main House is never let to another group; the owners only move out when the whole estate is booked.

The whole estate sleeps 18 across three houses. For The Red Lotus on its own, ask Lynne for the current sleeping arrangement.

Yes — that is the point of the place. 8 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms across three separate houses sleep 18, so the people at the centre of the day do not go anywhere at the end of the night. No hotel block, no shuttle.

Most often on the lawn, with the Santa Rosa Mountains directly behind it. Couples have used both ends of the yard and put the reception at the opposite end from the ceremony. It is worth walking it before you decide.

Yes. An event books the whole estate — all three houses, the pool, the lawn and the grounds. There is no second event and no shared lawn.

Vendor and kitchen arrangements are agreed directly with Lynne. What is on the property: two full kitchens, a commercial Viking catering oven, an outdoor grill, two bars and a Miele espresso machine, so a caterer has a real kitchen to work in and a second one to stage from.

Yes. Three separate structures with 8 bedrooms sleep 18, so talent, crew and base camp can go in different buildings — there is no hotel run at wrap.
