Floor plan

The plans below are drawn from a 2017 survey of the property. Use them to see how the three houses sit before you decide who sleeps where. The survey labels two spaces Future Bath and Future Gym, drawn as planned space: the Guest Lodge bathroom and the fitness facility. The owner lists both as additions. Both are built and in use today.

Dashed outlines match the 2017 survey. Spaces labelled Future (Future Bath, Future Gym) were planned space when the survey was made. The survey also draws the Spa House sauna-and-bath detail dashed without saying why; the sauna and bath themselves are labelled inside the solid main room.

Estate site plan An overview of the Dupont Estate showing the three structures in their real spatial relationship: the Spa House at the north end of the property, the swimming pool and a separate spa tub below it, the Guest Lodge to the east with its covered patio connecting up toward the Spa House, and the larger Main House to the south and west with its garage. A north arrow at left repeats the source drawing's orientation; the source gives coarser room detail here than the individual building plans. Main House floor plan The Main House centers on a main bedroom suite with a chamfered-corner bathroom, opening into a living room, wet bar and dining/kitchen wing to the east with a covered patio above it and a barbecue corridor running south to a bathroom, closet and the garage. A separate bedroom wing to the south holds four further bedrooms and baths around a nook and laundry room. A north arrow at upper right repeats the source drawing's orientation. Guest Lodge floor plan The Guest Lodge is arranged as a row of three bedrooms across the top, each with its own closet, sitting above a bathroom and a fourth bedroom with its own bathroom. A covered patio attaches above the third bedroom. Below the bedrooms, a living room and entry lead down to a dining area, kitchen, storage room and carport, with a dashed future-gym room attached beneath the dining area and kitchen, and a dashed future-bathroom room attached beside the fourth bedroom's bathroom — both unbuilt at the time of the source survey. A north arrow at upper right repeats the source drawing's orientation. Spa House floor plan The Spa House is a single-story building roughly forty-two feet by fourteen and a half feet, holding a wet bar, a bedroom, a bathroom, a sauna and a spa-tub area in one open room with no interior partitions drawn in the source survey. Two detail insets above the main room show the bedroom's own L-shaped footprint and the sauna-and-bath area's footprint exactly as drawn separately in the source, where the sauna-and-bath inset is drawn with a dashed outline and labelled only Sauna and Bath, with no Future label; the source does not show where those two shapes sit inside the main room.
