Three structures, one property

Main House: Open-plan living, a wall of glass onto the garden, a stone fireplace, a sports bar, an electronic baby grand. 4.5 bathrooms.
Guest Lodge: Poolside, 3 bathrooms, a second full kitchen, a living room and a poker table.
Spa House: 1 bathroom, a spa, sauna, massage room, two whirlpool baths and its own bar, next to the pool.

The setting

The Santa Rosa Mountains rise directly behind the lawn. Citrus, bamboo and date palms edge an enormous, fenced back yard. The property is in La Quinta, in the Coachella Valley — minutes from El Paseo, golf, and the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and under 5 miles from the Indio Polo Grounds.

The estate is, in Lynne's own words, the best kept secret in the Coachella Valley.
