The Indio Polo Grounds are under 5 miles away. Your crew and your executives sleep on site. Nobody is commuting to an offsite.
Privacy and discretion
- A fenced-in, private back yard. The owner’s own amenity listing calls it that, and it is the space an event is held in.
- Address on request. It is not published on this site, in a listing, or in a directory. Guests get it on a phone call. That policy predates us and we are keeping it.
- One party on the property. The estate books whole. There is no second event, no shared lawn, no other guests.
- Distance from the neighbours. Guests remark on how little carries beyond the property. That is their observation, quoted below, not a measurement of ours.
The lawn, the stage and the bars
The back yard is the largest single space on the property, and the owner’s listing calls it fenced-in and private. Inside and around it: two bars, two full kitchens, a commercial Viking catering oven, an outdoor grill, a 39,000-gallon pool with two jacuzzis, a movie room with a 3D TV, an electronic baby grand, and SONOS running indoors and outdoors.

Crew, talent and executive accommodation
Three separate buildings, not one house with spare rooms. 8 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms between them:
- Main House — 4.5 bathrooms, open-plan living, the lanai, a sports bar, a movie room with a 3D TV.
- Guest Lodge — poolside, 3 bathrooms, a second full kitchen, a living room and a poker table. Guests have used it as a breakout room with a large screen for calls to people who could not travel.
- Spa House — 1 bathroom, spa, sauna, massage room, two whirlpool baths and its own bar, next to the pool.
That separation is the part no comparable property in the valley offers. Talent in one building, crew in another, the meeting in a third.
