Privacy policy

When you send an inquiry, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, email address and phone number, your preferred way to be contacted, your preferred dates, and the details of your event, stay or production — such as the type of event, estimated guest count, lodging and catering needs, whether you would like a site visit, and any notes you add. If you call or email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to tell us.

This site does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Like almost every website, our web server keeps standard technical logs — your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of each request — which we use only to keep the site running and secure. These logs are kept for a short period and then deleted.

The gallery includes a video tour hosted on YouTube. Its preview image is loaded from YouTube’s servers, and the video player itself loads only if you click to play it, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. Once you play it, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies to that video.

We do not use your information for advertising, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or “share” your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share information only with the service providers that run this website and our email — our website hosting provider and our email provider — and only so they can provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our guests, our property or others.

We keep inquiries for up to two years so we can follow up on bookings and repeat stays, then delete them. Server logs are kept for a much shorter time.

The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to inquiries is limited to the people who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because this site does not track visitors across websites, it behaves the same way whether or not that setting is on.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date at the top.
