The estate's blueprint is published on this site as a downloadable PDF. Almost nothing in this category publishes a plan, and a scout should not have to phone anyone to find out how the buildings sit relative to each other.

The plan is drawn from a 2017 survey. Two spaces on it are labelled Future Bath and Future Gym: the Guest Lodge bathroom and the fitness facility, drawn as planned space. The owner lists both as additions. Both are built and in use now.

• Crew comfort — gym, sauna, massage room, movie room, and bathrooms in three separate buildings.

8 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms across the property. Each bedroom has its own private patio.

Three buildings means talent, crew and production can be housed separately on the same property. Base camp and the unit are at the same address as the beds. Nobody drives anywhere at wrap.

Permits
